Great Value Good Content
For only a $1.99 this is a pretty good value. Sonny Detmer has coached some really outstanding quarterbacks over the years and his credibility adds to the video. He does a pretty good job explaining the drills on the video. However you can tell he is not an actor as his dialogue is not very polished, but I can't really complain about that.
I have always struggled to throw a football correctly and this video explains exactly what I need to do to throw better. More importantly it should give me some direction on how to better help my 10 year-old throw correctly.
What I was not pleased with was the quality of the audio/video. At times it was very difficult to understand what he was saying along with all the wind noise getting picked up by the microphone. It appears that it was filmed in HD but not much of that made it to the online version especially the audio. The Youtube and Vimeo previews have much better audio and video.
Great learning tool
This video give you a great foundation on how to properly throw a football. The video and audio quality is not the best but the information in it is well worth the rental or purchase price.
